Application for a Poster Presentation - Information
The aim of the poster presentations is to provide an opportunity for concise short presentations of projects, institutions or areas of work in (crime) prevention. In addition to the other congress formats, the poster exhibition offers an additional opportunity for information, exchange and networking.The posters will be presented as print versions in A0 format (portrait) on pin boards. You create your poster yourself and bring it to the congress.
The poster exhibition will be open continuously during both congress days on 10 and 11 June 2024 at Messe Cottbus. We ask you to be available to answer questions from the congress audience during the one-hour "poster sessions" on both days. You will be informed of the exact times.
Application deadline: November 15, 2023
Information about the accepted posters will be published on the website of the German Prevention Congress together with details of the presented contents. For this purpose, we will ask you in due course to revise, if desired, and then approve the finalised abstract via online form.
Congress fees:
No fees are charged for the presentation of the poster itself. However, the poster presentation is combined with the registration of one person at the reduced rate for contributors (195€ per person for both congress days). A separate congress registration of that person is not necessary. You will receive the invoice automatically afterwards.
