Call for Papers
International experts from all areas of crime prevention are welcome to introduce, share and discuss their ideas, goals, outcomes, projects and speeches with other experts on the next German Prevention Congress (26th DPT/ 14th AIF).
We invite you to contribute to our lecture sessions and to our congress exhibition (poster-presentations and exhibition stands). Due to the current situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are planning as well to offer lectures as online seminars and to publish posters and exhibition content digitally.
Application for a lecture:
Lectures may refer to a topic within the general field of crime prevention or to the thematic focus of the 26. DPT, which is: “Prevention provides Orientation! ... planning ... training ... exchange”.
This presentations encompass 20 minutes speaking time and a subsequent discussion about 15 minutes.
Accepted referees can attend the congress at reduced rate for contributors (95 euros both days, 75 euros one day only). Unfortunately we are not able to offer a fee for your presentation or to cover your travel expenses.
Application for a poster presentation:
With a poster you may present your project, institution or field of work. We offer you a presentation wall with space for a poster in the format of DIN A0 (upright format). Poster sessions will be held on both congress days. During these one-hour sessions, poster providers are requested to be available near their posters for discussions with interested congress participants.
If your poster is accepted, one accopanying person can attend the congress at reduced rate for contributors (95 euros both days, 75 euros one day only). Unfortunately we are not able to offer a fee for your presentation or to cover your travel expenses.
Application for an exhibition stand:
An information stand in the exhibition of the 26th German Prevention Congress covers a standard size of six square metres (free of charge). For larger information stands, a price of 55 euros per square metre will be charged for the additional space (limited availability). All stand equipment elements (tables, chairs, partition walls, electricity, etc.) must be brought along or ordered from the venue at your own expense.
As a stand attendant, you can visit the congress at reduced rate for contributors (95 euros both days, 75 euros one day only). This applies to a maximum of two persons per information stand. If other persons are also responsible for the information stand, they pay the regular rate of 145 euros or 95 euros.
Exhibition stands can be cancelled free of charge until 31 December 2020. From 1 January 2021, a cancellation fee of 80 euros will be charged.
