26th German Prevention Congress 2021 / 14th Annual International Forum

The 26th German Prevention Congress with the 14th Annual International Forum (AIF) has taken place on 10 & 11 May 2021 in the Congress-Centrum Ost Koelnmesse in Cologne. Due to the pandemic situation, the AIF has taken place entirely online.

The main topic of the Congress has been: “Prevention provides Orientation! ... planning ... training ... exchange ...”. Discussed was the central role of prevention especially in times of crisis and the importance of education and lifelong learning in this process.

Central statements and demands are summarised in the Cologne Declaration. The Cologne Declaration was published in the closing plenum of the Congress.

The Congress programme:

The German Prevention Congress enables networking and information transfer already in the run-up to and after the two congress days. The "DPT Foyer" is an exclusive section of the DPT website that will be open from 15 February to 30 September 2021. It will be open to all congress participants registered for the 26th DPT during this period.

Applications for contributing with lectures (as presentations on demand), posters (in digital format) or information booths (with digital information material) are possible online on this website.
