Application for an Information Stand - Information
An area of six square metres is provided for each information stand in the exhibition at the 29th German Prevention Congress. For this standard size a fixed fee of 250€ will be charged. For larger information stands, a price of 75€ will be charged for each additional square metre (depending on availability). All stand equipment (tables, chairs, pin boards, power supply, etc.) must be brought along or ordered from the venue at your own expense.
The exhibition will take place all day on both days of the congress on 10 & 11 June 2024 at Messe Cottbus.
Application deadline: November 15, 2023
All information stands of the exhibition will be published on the website of the German Prevention Congress with details of the exhibiting institutions and the presented contents. For this purpose, we will ask you in due course to revise, if desired, and then approve the finalised abstract via online form.
Congress fees
After confirmation of the acceptance of your application in the exhibition, you can register the persons in charge of your stand on site at the reduced rate for contributors (195€ per person for both congress days). This applies to a maximum of five persons per exhibition stand. Additional persons will have to pay the regular rate to visit the congress (215€ early bird rate until March 31, 2024; 245€ regular rate from April 1 to May 15, 2024; 255€ from May 16, 2024).
Cancellation
Info stands can be cancelled free of charge until January 31, 2024. After this date, a cancellation fee of 80€ will be charged. The cancellation fees for the persons you name as supervisors for the information stand on site are analogous to the conditions for regular participants.
