Application for an Info Truck - Information
On the square in front of Messe Cottbus there are spaces available for Info Trucks. If you would like to use this offer, please give us a short description of your Info Truck in the application. Please also provide details of the square metres required and, if applicable, details of any other technical requirements. Please state the exact size of your vehicle and any electricity requirements in the comments field. No fees will be charged for the stand space itself. Additional equipment (e.g. power supply) may have to be ordered from the venue at your own expense.
The Info Truck exhibition will take place continuously on both days of the congress on 10 & 11 June 2024.
Application deadline: November 15, 2023
Information about the Info Trucks will be published on the website of the German Prevention Congress together with details of the presented contents. For this purpose, we will ask you in due course to revise, if desired, and then approve the finalised abstract via online form.
Congress fees
After confirmation of the acceptance of your application in the exhibition, you can register the persons in charge of your Info Truck on site at the reduced rate for contributors (195€ per person for both congress days). This applies to a maximum of two persons per Info Truck. Additional persons will have to pay the regular rate to visit the congress (215€ early bird rate until March 31, 2024; 245€ regular rate from April 1 to May 15, 2024; 255€ from May 16, 2024).
Cancellation
The cancellation fees for the persons you name as supervisors for the Info Truck on site are analogous to the conditions for regular participants.
