Susanna holds a Ph.D. in social psychology, her research focuses on analyzing conflicts and the use of restorative justice practices. She has worked as a lecturer and a trainer in communication, conflict management and restorative justice. She has been participating in the work of the RAN Rehabilitation WG since 2013 and is a member of the RAN expert pool.
