The 31st German Prevention Congress (DPT 2026) starts today!

The 31st German Prevention Congress open its doors today. We are thrilled to welcome around 2000 prevention experts, researchers and practitioners for the flagship congress aroungd safety, wellbeing, crime and violence prevention in the German speaking countries. 

This year’s flagship theme is "Artificial Intelligence in Prevention," exploring how cutting-edge technology is reshaping crime prevention strategies. Beyond this focal point, the congress will address a wide spectrum of critical prevention topics relevant to professionals worldwide.

We are honored to welcome contributions from global partners, including special congratulatory remarks from the President of the Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice (KICJ), highlighting the international scope of our dialogue. We give a warm welcom to all the international guests from all over the globe.
