European Housing First Partners Conference

The first European Housing First Partners Conference is set to take place in Berlin in November 2025. 6^th and 7^th . Housing First is based on the belief that housing is a human right and is a proven, evidence-based model for ending homelessness for people who have experienced rough sleeping, long-term shelter use, substance misuse and chronic health conditions. 

This landmark event, led by the Pathways Housing First Institute in partnership with Bundesverband Housing First, aims to mobilise support and foster dialogue about improving, refining, and advancing Housing First initiatives across Europe. 

The goal of the European Housing First Partners Conference is to amplify the voices and address the needs of those experiencing homelessness in Europe, where social exclusion remains a persistent challenge. This vision aligns closely with the Lisbon Declaration to Eradicate Homelessness by 2030, emphasising housing as a fundamental human right.
