Ole Stageberg is Assistant Professor and International Coordinator at the University College of Norwegian Correctional Service (KRUS). He holds a master degree in Public safety and Risk management and higher education in pedagogic. For the last 6 years he has been coordinating projects according to the EEA and Norway Grants and coordinating with other international cooperation partners. Other responsibilities include: Prison staff education in Security and Risk knowledge, and courses in security, crisis management and risk management for prison staff and management. Ole Stageberg has a background as a prison officer and senior officer in Norwegian prisons for 19 years, and as teacher at KRUS for 19 years.
