Application for a panel – information
The panel format offers the opportunity for an intensive, moderated discussion in which a group of 3-5 experts engage in a controversial debate. Panels can cover all areas of prevention as well as the main topic. An overview of the prevention topics can be found here.
60 minutes are available for each panel. Please send us your concept informally using the application form.
Application deadline: 31 October 2025
Accepted abstracts will be published on the website of the German Prevention Congress including details of the speaker and a photo (optional). For this purpose, we will ask you to approve the finalised abstract from your application form.

Congress fees
As a moderator you will receive a free congress ticket. Each speaker receives the congress ticket at the reduced price for contributors (205 €). Additional speakers will have to pay the regular rate (230 € early bird rate until 31 December 2025; 260 € standard rate from 1 January to 31 March 2026; 270 € from 1 April 2026). Unfortunately, no honoraria or travel expenses can be paid.
