    Equal access for all to a COVID-19 vaccine has been a dominant political demand throughout the pandemic and is the central topic of this years health summit in Berlin. During the three day gathering various Corona and Crime related issues were addressed.   2. The path to global equity in mental health care in the context of COVID-19
    The theme of the 2021 World Mental Health Day is “Mental Health in an Unequal World”, highlighting unequal access to mental health care across the world. This situation has been further worsened by governmental and public responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. The response of many high-income countries (HICs) and institutions to the pandemic has been the reverse of equity, exemplified by inequitable access to COVID-19 vaccines and widening inequities in wealth.   3. SARS-CoV-2's origin should be investigated worldwide for pandemic prevention
    The origin of SARS-CoV-2 has received intensive global attention since its spread was first reported to the international community in early January 2020. Multiple studies conducted collaboratively by scientists around the world have found that animal-to-human cross-species spillover is the most likely source of SARS-CoV-2, whereas laboratory leakage is extremely unlikely. However, the research and global health communities have yet to reach a clear conclusion as to the specific time, place, and cross-species transmission route through which SARS-CoV-2 entered the human population.     This project examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic challenges accompanying it on criminal governance in cities. It analyzes how gangs and other non-state armed groups operating in illicit economies have altered their activities in light of the new circumstances in areas of criminal governance, and how governments and civil society have responded.
