Fact Sheets: Cutting Crime Impact

Cutting Crime Impact (CCI) is an EU-funded project that aims to support law enforcement agencies (LEAs) as well as relevant local and national authorities in reducing the impact of crime and, where possible, preventing crime in the first place. The CCI project supports preventative, evidence-based and sustainable approaches to tackling high-impact petty crime.

One of the objectives of CCI project is to disseminate CCI findings and results among practitioners and other target groups — primarily law enforcement agencies (LEAs), security policymakers, police training colleges, relevant networking organisations, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), and relevant media organisations.

To ensure that the project succeeds in reaching these target groups and promotes the results of the project, the European Forum for Urban Security (Efus), with the support of CCI project partners, has developed a series of factsheets on the different themes tackled in the framework of the project:
