The 23rd German Congress on Crime Prevention (GCOCP) will take place on the 11th and 12th of June 2018 in the State capital of the Free State Saxony, Dresden, Germany.

The main topic will be Violence and Radicalism – Current Challenges for Prevention.
Hosting partner institutions are the federal state of Saxony, the city of Dresden and the Crime Prevention Council of Saxony.

More than 300 speakers are invited and several thousand visitors are expected to the worlds biggest Congress in the field of Crime Prevention. Parallel to the Congress about 150 professional organisations will present themselves with exhibits and onstage. Please find more information on our Website.

For our international guests, we organise parallel to the German-speaking programme the Annual International Forum, which is comprised of 22 lectures in English. The Opening Plenum and the Closing Plenum of the GCOCP will be translated into English, too.

For our international participants, we also offer a Guided Tour through the exhibition area in English (Monday at 9:30 am, Meeting point: Check-in).
