With its two-day main programme and more than 25 panel sessions, where numerous further strategic and technical topics are discussed, and about 1,500 national and international participants, the European Police Congress is Europe´s leading conference-fair on homeland security.

The 21st European Police Congress, organised by the newspaper Behörden Spiegel, on 6th and 7th February 2018 in Berlin deals with the topic „Better linked up security“.

We are pleased to be able to present you numerous high-ranking representatives of the security authorities as the Secretary General of ICPO-Interpol, Prof Dr Jürgen Stock, the head of the European Cybercrime Centre, European Police Office (EUROPOL), Steven Wilson, the President of the German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), Dr Hans-Georg Maaßen and executives from Europol, eu-LISA, German Federal Police, German Federal Criminal Police and others.

The European Police Congress is an international congress for decision makers from police forces and security authorities and industries. Its intention is to strengthen the dialogue between the authorities and enable the participants to establish new contacts to colleagues from all over the world. Every year critical discussions on up-to-date issues are held and the latest developments in technologies for the professional use in the security sector are presented by the exhibitors. The European Police Congress is the largest conference for internal security in the European Union. Annually the conference is a meeting place for about 1.500 experts from more than 20 countries. Representatives of polices, border polices, secret services as well as governments, parliaments and industries participate in the conference.
